All cigar and accessory sales are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Croatian Mafia Cigars reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. 

Payment: 

We accept major credit cards and approved payment processors. All transactions are secure and encrypted. 

Shipping: 

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped to verified addresses.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or jurisdictions where tobacco sales are prohibited. 

 

3. Refunds and Returns 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of receipt at info@croatianmafia-cigars.com for resolution. 

 

 

 

4. Wholesale Accounts 

Wholesale access is granted at our discretion to verified businesses with valid tobacco permits. Wholesale terms, pricing, and minimums are governed by a separate agreement.
