Croatian Mafia Cigars is committed to complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of premium handmade cigars. Tobacco laws vary by jurisdiction and may require product restrictions, age verification, adult-signature delivery, licensing, tax collection, or additional order review.

Age Requirement. Purchasers must be at least 21 years old. By placing an order, the customer certifies that they are legally permitted to purchase tobacco products. Orders may be delayed, canceled, or refunded when age or identity cannot be verified.

Adult Signature. Where required by law or carrier policy, delivery will require the signature of a person age 21 or older and presentation of valid government-issued identification.

Direct-to-Consumer Shipping Prohibitions. Croatian Mafia Cigars does not ship tobacco products directly to consumers in Hawaii or Utah. Orders to these destinations will be canceled and refunded.

Flavored Cigar Restrictions. Flavored or infused cigars will not be shipped to the District of Columbia or Massachusetts. Certain cities and counties in California, Colorado, and Maine may also prohibit flavored tobacco products; affected orders may be canceled or modified to remove prohibited products.

Product-Specific Restrictions. Arizona, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Washington maintain restrictions affecting certain tobacco categories, including little cigars, small cigars, loose tobacco, or related products. These restrictions may not apply to traditional premium handmade cigars, but orders are subject to compliance review.

Enhanced Verification and Delivery States. Orders shipped to California, Delaware, and Michigan may require additional age verification, manual compliance review, special package notices, and Adult Signature Required (21+) service.

Licensing, Tax, and Reporting. Additional licensing, excise-tax, sales-tax, reporting, or delivery requirements may apply, including in Indiana and South Dakota. Croatian Mafia Cigars will only fulfill orders when applicable requirements can be satisfied.

Right to Review or Refuse Orders. Croatian Mafia Cigars may hold, modify, refuse, or cancel any order when shipment would violate applicable law, when required verification is incomplete, or when the destination is subject to restrictions the company cannot satisfy.
